Brett Eaton is a Certified Personal Trainer, Coach, Speaker, and Motivator, known for inspiring action in people from all walks of life, including parents and adults, athletes and students, fellow fitness professionals, as well as executives and businesses.


With a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology – Exercise Science, Brett has worked in the fitness industry for over 10 years with clients of all ages, fitness levels, and backgrounds. He has been given the opportunity to speak at some amazing events in front of large crowds as well as some more intimate settings.


His ability to use honesty and humor to uncover what has been holding people back from reaching their full potential, is what separates Brett from other speakers.


Born and raised in Bergen County, New Jersey, Brett, while caring and compassionate, still carries with him an honest, fast talking, in your face enthusiasm, that comes from his New Jersey roots.

Let’s remove  the stress and confusion and use proven strategies that work. We will have mid-week check-ins to keep us on track and overcome challenges as they arise.
  • Weekly Team Coaching Calls: Sunday scaries? Not here. Once you get a taste of our “Sunday Set-Up” group calls, Monday will now become your favorite day of the week.  The BE3 accountability group comes together via a video call to share our wins, talk through our challenges, declare our commitments for the upcoming week. You’ll also have access to the Instagram group where current participants as well as alumni support each other and share all things inspiration.
  • Video Lessons: As you progress through this program, I’ll give you access to pre-recorded video lessons that cover topics such as goal setting, daily habits, motivation, discipline, energy, morning routine, accountability, time management, and mindset.
