SUNDAY BLUES PODCAST WITH GUEST BRETT EATON
Last week I had the privilege of being a guest, on the SUNDAY BLUES PODCAST. The show is a weekly podcast that explores all the feelings, thoughts, and routines, that most people tend to experience on a typical Sunday. Each episode, the host Amr Kotb interviews a different guest and discusses their personal relationship with Sundays. If you are not familiar with the term Sunday Blues, the following is the definition you would find if you were to google search:
“Sunday blues is an acute condition, mostly affecting nine-to-five workers and students. This condition is characterized by anxiety about the week ahead and a sense of helplessness and depression that often occurs on Sunday afternoons and evenings.”
As a guest on the Sunday Blues, I was thrilled to share my personal journey over the past few years and how it has significantly changed my experience and feelings towards the so-called dreaded Sundays. By no means am I trying to claim that I have discovered a way to cure or solve the Sunday Blues, however I have made many decisions in my life and career over the past few years that have have significantly changed the way I now view and approach Sundays. In this interview I talk about how fitness can play a positive role in helping ease the Sunday Blues, and also offer some tips and advice that listeners can immediately apply to their own Sundays to hopefully increase their mood and productivity.
